In order to ensure every virtual attendee can access all contents in ITEC-AP 2022, All poster authors need to upload your digital poster and presentation videos to our website. It is mandatory to submit the requested files before 24 October 2022. The poster will be displayed during 28 - 31 October 2022.
 
General Instructions for Poster Pitch
You will be requested to submit a set of 2 files:

• Digital Poster (mandatory)
• Recorded Presentation Video (mandatory)

 
Digital Poster

• You can prepare your digital poster using the template here.

 
Recorded Presentation Video

• The video should be in the format of MP4 (size no larger than 500 Mb).
• The video is no more than 5 min.
• Your recording should include your Digital Poster or PowerPoint slides, along with your talk.
• Recording could be done by PowerPoint software. Instruction can be found at https://www.itec-ap2022.com/Home/Menu/266.

To be verified by the technical program committee, please upload your files to the Abstract Submission System during 14 - 24 October 2022.
