- An author must pay a regular registration fee before Sept. 15th, 2022 (Due to the payment channels, the deadline for payment of international authors is extended to September 30). Reduced registration fees (i.e. student and life member registration, etc.) will NOT be accepted for publication.
- Each regular registration entitles an author to publish up one (1) paper. An additional paper fee is required for one author to include a second paper. An additional full registration fee is required for one author to include a third paper.
- The conference is designed for direct in-person participation to the greatest possible extent. Please note that virtual registration is intended for international delegates or participants who cannot attend the on-site program because of travel restrictions and quarantine policies. Attendees needing to select virtual registration should also send email to ITEC-AP2022@intl.zju.edu.cn to confirm the problems and obtain authorization from the registration committee.
- We encourage in-person participation and have designed events for this purpose. Registrants who had planned virtual participation but later are able to travel to the conference will be welcome, provided they pay the additional cost of live registration in advance or upon arrival.
- The Early-Bird Date for discounted registration is Sept. 30, 2022.
- The on-line registration site will close after October 20th, 2022. Later registrations will be supported on-site at the conference.
- All requests for cancellation and refund of registration fees must be received in writing at the iTEC-AP offices no later than the close of business October 1, 2022. All refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference and will be subject to a 350 RMB processing fee.
- For those who register but are unable to attend the conference, any proceedings, seminars and tutorials on USB, or other materials to which you are entitled will be shipped to you within 30 days of the conclusion of the conference.
- The conference reserves the right to determine policies in event of government-driven Covid-19 policy changes or regulations. If such regulations force a change to a fully virtual event, registrations will be changed to virtual attendance, with a refund of the difference.
- Full registration includes the conference proceedings, tutorials workbook, exhibition, all sessions, the welcome reception, conference banquet, guest dinner, and four buffet tickets.
- Accompanying persons may not attend the technical program but are welcome at the exhibition. Each registration for an accompanying person includes the welcome reception, conference banquet, guest dinner, and four buffet tickets.
